1.*TO BE ACCEPTABLE,
*No more than ten items at a time and they must be freshly washed and ironed or dry cleaned. EXCEPTIONS; blue jeans or sweaters my be neatly folded and stacked. Please leave dry cleaner tag attached. Absolutely no holes, stains or animal hair on the clothing. No smoky or musty smelling garments will be accepted. See that everything you bring is currently fashionable *and in, like new condition.
If it's vintage, it still needs to be clean.
( Jewelry, accessories, handbags and shoes, in excellent condition are accepted anytime).
2. *PRICING,
*The sale price of each article will be determined by Simply Dolce. If you have a specific price in mind, please let us know at the time of consignment.
*The proceeds are split 50-50, Our share of the profits go to, Pittsburgh's Children's Hospital, we only keep enough to pay utilites & expenses. After 30 days, your items will be marked down by 25% In the event that your item does not sell you will be offered two options:
*a.*You can come get them.
*b.*They can go in the clearance section, where they will be marked down 50% your share goes to charity also.
3.*DURATION,
*We accept items for two month period. A consignor has the right to pick up items after the 60 days. "Your items will remain on the rack until you arrive and you will need to plan on taking some time to find them for yourself." Any item priced $30.00 or more can stay in the shop for 90 days, an exrtra month.
4.*LOSS,
*We are not responsible for loss, theft or damaged merchandise. You leave them here with us at your own risk **and any type of loss or damage will not be compensated by, Simply Dolce.
5.*AGREEMENT,
*Your signature on your consignment form siginifies that you have read this consignment agreement and you agree to the terms.
